2008-Dec-24 - Britney and Madonna to reunite on stage?
Britney Spears wants Madonna to join her on her upcoming tour. The Toxic star is in talks with Madge to make a series of appearances, according to Brit's choreographer. Dancer Wade Robson said: "I'm choreographing and set-designing her show. "There's been talk of Madonna making an appearance, and there's so many places we could take that." He told a US magazine: "At this point the main issue is timing." Spears, 27, appeared on stage with Madonna at one show in Los Angeles last month, and a video clip of the Toxic star was used at other gigs on Madge's Sticky & Sweet world tour. 2008-Dec-4 - Ask a Beta Tester: Raids, rare mobs, and more raids
Seeing as there are now lots of 10man raids, does this mean the end of heroics? Are there still heroics in WotLK and do you have to run them to gear for the first 10man?

Will you be saved to a raid in the 10 man and not be able to do the 25 man that week? it seems like a 25 man geared toon could help the guild in the 10 if its a slow week or some of the raid members have a RL issue.

I haven't seen any yet in Northrend, but that doesn't necessarily mean they're not there. It just means I haven't seen any. That's a real non-answer, I know, but it's all I've got. The Burning Crusade had quite a few rares, around 20 of them I believe, they were just hard to find. In all of my time playing BC, I think I've killed 7 of them, and a few of them multiple times. I remember my first time seeing Kraator and going, "Oh. My. God. WTF is that!? Holy crap it's huge! ...I must kill it!"
So far it looks like Naxx/Obsidian Sanctum, then Eye of Eternity/Ulduar (when Ulduar is implemented). Whatever is implemented later will naturally come after that.
We've had a lot of class-specific questions lately (especially Hunters) here on Ask a Beta Tester, but since I don't play every class, I can't answer all of those. However, I've forwarded some of them on to our motley crew of bloggers, so we'll hopefully be able to answer you soon. Until then, let's get started on some other things, shall we?
Is there going to a difference in the number of badges the same boss drops in the 10 man and the 25 man?
What is the WotLK raid ladder at the moment?
You probably don't need to do a whole lot of these to start 10 man raiding, but you should do some. For 25 man raiding, yes, you definitely want to be able to quickly and easily clear Heroics before trying your hand at a raid.
There are still Heroics, and they're pretty fun. Some of them have 'extras' to lure you in, too. Extra bosses, extra quests. There's loot, sure, but there are those other things to still lure you in even WoW Gold if you raid.

There isn't a difference in the number, no. However, there is a difference in the type of badge. The 10 and 25 man loot is tiered, and the 10 and 25 man badge loot is tiered in a similar way. The badge loot you can get from grinding 10-mans is not the same as grinding 25-mans.
The 10 WoW Gold and 25 man raids have separate raid IDs, so doing them both in one week won't be an issue.

As far as I've seen, it consumes the item. All WoW Gold of my pets were consumed when I learned them, and I just purchased a Ghostly Skull from the Dalaran sewers to test it out. It definitely consumed the item. Maybe there are WoW Gold specific pets that are bugged right now, and aren't being consumed? If that's the case, they'll be fixed if they haven't been already.
Are there going to be more rare mobs in Northrend? As a rare-hunter, I was kind of disappointed by the sparseness of rare mobs in the outlands, and I would really hope wrath returns to the variety available in the old world.

After learning to summon a mini-pet, do you lose the 'container'? From what I saw of the beta you can keep it, but does that mean I can, say, send my firefly to all my alts and sell it on the AH again after using it? That would be rather devastating for the rarity for a lot of pets...

2008-Oct-30 - Paladin EpicMount Questreihe
Die erste Sammelquest erwartet euch nun. Ihr müsst folgende Dinge besorgen und nach Silbermond bringen:
Tyrs Hand, ebenfalls in den Östlichen Pestländern ist euer nächstes Ziel. Im Haus bei den Koordinaten 83,77 (bzw. der Kapelle links vom Eingang aus gesehen) findet ihr Weihwasser in einem Raum links hinten. Ist alleine schaffbar, aber mit etwas Hilfe eines Kollegen geht es schneller. Abgegeben wird wiederum in Silbermond.
[Arkanitbarren] könnt ihr euch von Alchimisten aus einem Thoriumbarren und einem Arkankristall transmutieren lassen. Mit etwas herumgefrage im Handelschannel findet ihr sicher gegen schmale Trinkgelder einige freundliche Alchimisten. Das schwerste aber sind die fünf [Dunkelrune]. Diese können nur in Scholomance droppen, achtet dabei vorallem auf die Bosse WoW Gold und jegliche Beschwörer. Wenn ihr euch ein paar freundliche Gildenkollegen schnappt ist Scholomance ein Witz und leicht abgefarmt.
III. Eine Geste der Hingabe
Leicht besorgen könnt ihr [Runenstoff] und [Sonnengras]. Beides ist leicht zu Sammeln bzw. inzwischen günstig im Auktionshaus zu finden.

Wieder dürft ihr verschiedene Sachen besorgen:
Bekundet durch erneutes Ansprechen von Lady Liadrin eurern Willen euch aufopferungsvoll dem Orden hinzugeben, um am Ende euer Pferd zu erhalten.

Die ersten beiden Gegenstände sind zu kaufen, beides in Silbermond. Darlia verkauft euch WoW Gold [Krepuskulares Pulver] für 150g und Zalle hat einen [Arkaner Katalysator] für 50g im Lager. Beides bekommt ihr billiger, je höher eure Rufstufe in Silbermond ist. Die beiden Diamanten WoW Gold könnt ihr in Instanzen die Scholomance als Drop bekommen oder ihr fragt einen Juwelenschleifer. Diese haben meistens beim Skillen ein paar dieser Steine abgestaubt bzw. verkaufen sie im Auktionshaus

Ariliao hat sie bereits erledigt und deshalb möchte ich auch Anderen einen kleinen Einblick in die Questreihe für das Paladinmount geben.
V. Wahre Meister des Lichts - 1
Ab diesem Abschnitt der Questreihe kommen die Östlichen Pestländer ins Spiel. Tötet 4 Belagerungsingenieure der Geißel und zerstört ihre Belagerungswagen. Dazu reitet ihr in den Norden der Pestländer um die Koordinaten 62,23 herum. Eine einfache Quest, welche nur eine Sache von Minuten ist.

Sobald ihr Stufe 60 erreicht habt, schickt euch euer Paladinlehrer zu Lady Liadrin nach Silbermond. Sie befindet sich im WoW Gold Raum unter dem Paladinlehrer, den ihr zum Beispiel erreicht, indem ihr duch das Loch im Boden springt.

2008-Oct-8 - Graphics Overhaul Later Rather Than Sooner
Eurogamer: Do you think WOW is ever going to need a complete overhaul of the engine?
So I don't think there's really a clear model as to how to do that successfully. The model we have with Wrath of the Lich King allows people with WoW Gold high-end machines some additional graphical effects, and then we'll have some kind of fallback for the people who don't. Will we need a graphical update from the ground up at some point? Yep, probably. And I'm positive we'll talk about it next expansion.
J. Allen Brack: That's actually something we talk about every expansion. It's interesting, two games have really tried that before, Ultima Online tried it and EverQuest tried it as well, and in each case it was only somewhat successful. In each case a lot of people continued to play with the original client, because WoW Gold it was faster, or they preferred it, or were just used to it or whatever. And so for me as a game developer, the idea that we would spend so much time and energy on something and have people go, "meh, that's not really for me," that's not very exciting.

Die letzte Meldung betrifft ebenfalls das kommende Addon. Es gibt es keine Pläne WoW Gold die WoW Gold aktuellen Instanzen in Wrath of the Lich King durch ein Update erneut in den zukünftigen Content zu integrieren.
Ebenfalls von Bornakk ist eine erneute Bestätigung zu lesen, dass die Arena Season 4 rechtzeitig angekündigt wird und noch kein fester Termin zur Verfügung steht.
Konkret geht es um den Spell “Knurren”, welcher für eine große Menge der erzeugten Aggro des Pets verantwortlich ist. Diese Fähigkeit soll einzig von der Angriffskraft des Jägers selbst profitieren und WoW Gold nicht, wie es momentan der Fall ist, auch von Buffs die die Angriffskraft des Pets beeinflussen.
* Jäger werden jetzt nicht mehr herumwirbeln, wenn sie ‘Gezielter Schuss’ oder ‘Zuverlässiger Schuss’ wirken und mit dem Rücken zum Ziel stehen.
* ‘Blutpakt’ hat nun einen Tooltip.
* Dämonisches Wissen: Dieser Stärkungszauber wird nicht länger auf versklavten Dämonen verbleiben, wenn ‘Dämonensklave’ entfernt wird. Der Schadensbonus wurde WoW Gold von 5/10/15% auf 4/8/12% verringert.

2008-Mar-10 - The Owl

When I left the Crown my mind was suitably chilled out. I was staring at my finger nails checking for any foreign bits of skin or hair, when I bumped into Sean from next door.

"Sean, I never fight. I get pissed and fall over."
"I heard you last night, sounded like you were pretty happy. Pretty emotional too."

Sean carried on and I got back to examining the fingers.
Nothing so far.
Standing in front of the bathroom mirror in the grey daylight, bollock naked on a Saturday afternoon is not my usual practice. But today I figured it was necessary.
I felt like shit and as a result noted all the un-redeeming features of my 30-something body.
The fast-approaching iguana tits. The pot belly. The dangling toolkit between my legs that I was convinced no female actually found attractive and who secretly had a good laugh about with her friends. Years ago a health Education teacher had lectured us on what he thought we would be most hung up about with regards to our newly sprouting bodies. One comment always stuck in my mind regarding how he - who was potentially the ugliest teacher we had at our school - told us blokes not to be concerned that after a hot shower we might resemble skinned lobsters. So ever since then . . . .
